Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund to your
original payment method.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your earrings must be:
● Unworn and unused: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings that show signs of wear.
● In original condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging (including any pouches or boxes).
● Complete sets: If you purchased a pair or a stack, all pieces must be returned together.

How to Start a Return:

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Securely package your items and drop them off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
