Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your earrings must be:

• Unworn and unused: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings that show signs of wear.

• Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging (including box(es).

• Complete Sets: If you purchased a pair or a stack, all pieces must be returned together.

How to Start a Return

We’ve made the process simple:

1. Email us: Send a request to returns@stackbar.com.

2. Receive your label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.

3. Pack and Ship: Securely package your items and drop them off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
